LOWER COSTS – Minimal water use reduces the cost of effluent disposal.
CUSTOMIZABLE – On request, we will further customize our nozzles to meet your specific needs.
Advantages of rotating nozzles:
FLEXIBILITY – Our nozzles can be installed to rotate in any position or orientation.
VARIETY – Suitable for tanks of any size, our models include nozzles without ball bearings, with one row of ball bearings or with two rows.
ROTATION AT LOW PRESSURE – Rotation at pressures from 1 bar to below 0.5 bar ensure good coverage and thorough cleaning.
BACTERIA PREVENTION – Our washer heads are designed to reduce water stagnation that could lead to bacteria growth.
Rotating nozzles with no ball bearings rotate at very low pressures (less than 1 bar) and can be installed to rotate in any position and orientation. Made from anti-wear, low-friction stainless steel or high-quality plastics, models are available for tanks of any size. No ball bearings means no risk of clogging.
Rotating nozzles with one row of ball bearings achieve smooth, easy rotation at pressures as low as 0.5 bar and are installed vertically. Made from 316L stainless steel, they are ideal for medium to large tanks.
Rotating nozzles with two rows of ball bearings rotate at pressures even less than 0.5 bar and can be installed to rotate in any position and orientation. Made from 316L stainless steel, they are ideal for small, medium or large tanks.
