Pasteurizer Components

Uni-Spray manufactures an ever-evolving line of components for pasteurizers. Pasteurizers, which use many types of spray nozzles, form an easy offshoot of our pretreatment and spray-system line. Our line of components includes several spray-bar components and tools that make replacement easier and more efficient. Since pasteurizer spray nozzles are very specific to particular applications, we ask that you call to discuss the correct nozzle for you.

  1. Spray-Bar Grommets
    Uni-Spray has overhauled the standard rubber OEM spray-bar connection and developed a product expected to last 2 to 4 times as long as an OEM replacement. Our polyurethane spray-bar grommets are compatible with most chemicals in both hot and cold zones and are easier to install. We have also developed a custom tool to make removal a snap.
  2. Spray Nozzles
    Uni-Spray carries an extensive line of spray nozzles to suit every application. Due to the large selection of products, we ask that you contact us to specify your exact nozzle requirements.
